How to save website to cd and play it while securing files?

Question by Tendertush: How to save website to cd and play it while securing files?
I need create a marketing cd out of a website I created for those who do not have internet access or have tight internet security at their office. Want to put all files except the index.html in a secure folder. User would click index and fire up the website from the cd but not be able to open the folder and access the actual files. How would I do this?

Eh, the system needs to access the support files when you run index.html…I’m not very familiar with how windows reacts with transferred security properties, but I’d assume that if you lock it down so that, say, the owner and system accounts on your computer can access it (they have unique windows identities in the form of a numerical string attached to your account), than no other computer can access it without using a different operating system that doesn’t support those tags. In other words, it’s very difficult to do something like that while also getting rid of all the loopholes. I’m not sure why you’d want to “hide” the support folders anyway; if they’re actually used by your offline website, then the other person could save it to their computer anyway.
